Trex Front Deck in South Burlington, VT

The old deck went in sometime in the 1970s and was on its last legs. Boards had rotted through in several places and a few of the joists had gone with them, so there was nothing worth saving.

We tore it out, hung a new ledger and flashed it properly, then dug and poured footings, which the old deck never had at all. The new one is 8x10 in Havana Gold Trex with Trex Select railings, and it has two sets of stairs so there is easy access to both driveways.
